Too Faced Shadow Insurance

Before applying eyeshadow, make sure you follow the steps to applying a full face of makeup.
1) Wash your hands
2) Wash your face
3) Apply moisturizer
4) Apply primers
    * Apply face primer and then eye shadow primer.
